2. Acceptance of Terms
Each use of the Website implies the complete and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms“) by the users thereof (hereinafter “Users” or “You“). These Terms apply to any use of the Website and to any purchase made through the Website’s online store or other means of communication. The Terms are fully effective as if they had been signed in writing. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website. By using the Website in any way, you declare that you have the right and ability to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all of these Terms
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 All the content included or made available through the website, such as texts, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, designs, source code, and the website itself as a whole, are intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable legislation on intellectual property. The Company retains exclusive intellectual property rights, either directly or indirectly through agreement with the relevant creators. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute the website’s content in whole or in part. Unauthorized use of the website’s software is also prohibited.
3.2 The distinctive features displayed on the website are protected trademarks and registered trademarks of the Company or third-party entities collaborating with it, which are entitled to and protected by Greek, European, and international laws on trademarks and industrial property. 5. Account Creation
5.1 Users can create an account on the Website. To create an account, Users are required to provide an email address and then will receive an automated confirmation email of the account creation. Once your account is activated, you can log in by entering your email and password. From your account dashboard, you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
5.2 You agree that all information submitted during the creation of your account on the Website is true and accurate.
5.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You remain personally and exclusively responsible for all actions taken through your account and for logging off after each use. If you detect any unauthorized use of your account or any actual or potential breach of its security, you must promptly notify the Company. The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by Users from the failure to comply with this term.

6. Information on the contract – Prices
6.1 We provide you with clear, accurate, and understandable information about the product before you make a purchase (e.g. main characteristics, total price including taxes, delivery costs, and any other additional charges (if applicable)).
6.2 The Company reserves the right to adjust the prices of products at its discretion. If we change the price of a product, the new price does not apply retroactively to previous orders before the price change. The price that is available at the time of the order applies.
7. Methods of Payment
Charge to Debit/Credit Card
You can pay with a debit/credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro) through the Alpha Bank environment, which provides security and speed during your transactions. The Company has taken all necessary measures for the security of your transactions through your card.
Bank Deposit
You can use one of the following bank accounts to deposit the amount of your purchase. The transferred amount should include the shipping costs, if applicable.

Special terms for payment by bank deposit:
– As a reason for payment, you must state the same name that was declared in your order, as well as the order number.
– You must deposit the entire amount within 2 business days from the date of your order registration. Otherwise, the order is canceled.
– Your order will be processed as soon as your payment is completed, which may take up to 2 business days, depending on the banking process.
– After transferring/depositing the money, you must notify us of the deposit by sending an email to hello@numascrubs.com, attaching the copy of the receipt/deposit and mentioning the name declared in your order and the order number.
Pay on delivery:
You can also pay for your order in pay on delivery at the time of delivery by the cooperating courier company ACS. For shipments within Greece, the charge is 3.5€ for the pay on delivery fee. For shipments to Cyprus, the charge is 15€ for the pay on delivery fee. Pay on delivery is not available for shipments to countries within the European Union. For all orders with pay on delivery, a telephone confirmation will follow.

PayPal is one of the most common and reliable payment systems that guarantees the speed and security of your electronic payments and is an electronic payment solution that is carried out in real-time with the highest reliability.
From the moment you place your order, selecting PayPal as the payment method, the system will automatically transfer you to the PayPal electronic page, where you simply need to log in with your details if you have an account or create a new one.”
8. “Numa Scrubs Gift Card”
8.1 The company offers you the possibility of acquiring the “Numa Scrubs Gift Card” (hereinafter referred to as the Gift Card), which is your personal card and is valid for all your purchases from our Numa Scrubs e-shop at www.numascrubs.com throughout the year. The “Numa Scrubs Gift Card” belongs to the ownership of the company, whose details are reflected on the body of the card or in the email with which the Gift Card has been sent.
8.2 The Gift Card can be used to purchase any product available in the online store www.numascrubs.com. The value of the Gift Card can be paid in any payment method accepted at the company’s stores. Gift Cards cannot be purchased using another Gift Card. The remaining balance of the Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Subject to the above and as with products sold in the online store www.numascrubs.com under the same terms and conditions that apply to the purchase of a product, the return of any unused Gift Card is accepted, always with the reservation of your legal rights, under the condition of returning it within 14 days from the date of purchase.”
The gift card can only be used once for purchase, with the full exhaustion of its amount, by the cardholder. When the price of a purchase exceeds the total amount of the gift card, the difference can be paid with any accepted payment method on the website www.numascrubs.com, depending on the case.
8.3 Products purchased with the gift card from the online store of the company www.numascrubs.com are subject to the same policies of changes and returns provided on this website. In the case of returning products purchased with the gift card, the refund of their value will be made with a corresponding increase of the available balance on the gift cards. The return methods provided herein are an essential term, which is therefore considered to have been expressly accepted upon the purchase and/or use of the gift card.
8.3 Products purchased with the gift card from the online store of the company www.numascrubs.com are subject to the same policies of changes and returns provided on this website. In the case of returning products purchased with the gift card, the refund of their value will be made with a corresponding increase of the available balance on the gift cards. The return methods provided herein are an essential term, which is therefore considered to have been expressly accepted upon the purchase and/or use of the gift card.
8.5 Gift cards that have been obtained through any illegal means are null and void and cannot be used to purchase products, nor can the corresponding amount be refunded. The gift card cannot be used for advertising or promoting products and services of others, except with the prior written consent of the issuer.
9. Discount coupons and discounted products
9.1 In case the Company offers Discount Coupons/Discount Codes, these can be redeemed for purchases through the Company’s website. Recipients of Discount Coupons are responsible for ensuring that the Discount Coupons they have at their disposal will not be used by another person (natural or legal). Redemption is done by entering the Discount Coupon code during the final stage of the Order process. Each Discount Coupon can be redeemed once and for the full amount of the Coupon. Discount Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, promotions, or other coupons offered by the Company from time to time, and they are not exchangeable for cash. If the total value of the Order is less than the value of the Discount Coupon, the difference is lost. The code for each Discount Coupon can only be used once, unless otherwise stated in the specific communication conveyed to the User and for the period until the expiration date specified on the Discount Coupon or in the relevant electronic message. Once redeemed, the Discount Coupon ceases to be valid. In the event that the Company determines that a Discount Coupon was used without meeting the above requirements, the Company has the right to cancel the Order or refuse to accept the Coupon. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel Discount Coupons at any time without prior notice.
9.2 Products, where a Discount Coupon/Code or an Offer Code (voucher code/coupon code or SALES) has been used, cannot be returned. In these cases, only their exchange is possible according to the terms of paragraph 11.2.a.
10. Shipping and Delivery of Products
10.1 We assure you that we thoroughly inspect all products before shipping them to you in order to identify any defects and ensure the optimal quality of the products.
10.2 Shipments in Greece are carried out by the courier services of “ACS” company. We always fully inform you about the total price of your purchase, including shipping and other related expenses.
10.3 In case an unjustifiably long period of time has passed since the placement of the order and you have not received it, please contact us immediately. For your best and fastest service, we recommend that you mention the specific order code that has been sent to the email address you provided.
10.4 If, for reasons of force majeure (e.g. weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we are unable to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you by email so that you can declare whether you wish to complete your order. The Company is not responsible for situations outside its liability and will do its best to serve you.
11. Cancellation and Returns Policy
11.1 The exchange or return of a product is subject to the following terms:
All of our products are subject to quality control before shipment. The product being returned must be in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery, that is, unused, unwashed, without any damage or unwanted odors, and accompanied by its packaging, label, and purchase receipt or invoice. Any indication that the product has been used cancels the possibility of exchange.
11.2 The return of the product is possible in the following cases:
a. When you wish to exchange the product. Within 14 days of delivery, you have the right to exchange the product you received with a product of the same or higher value, paying the difference. Exchanges for discounted products of 50% and above are not accepted. For products with a discount less than 50%, only exchanges with discounted products are possible. Product exchanges are made exclusively through the cooperating courier company ACS, and shipping costs for exchanges within Greece are your responsibility (the cost is 4.5€). For exchanges from Cyprus, the costs are your responsibility (the cost is 20€). You can send the products to the address Vasilissis Olgas 50, Thessaloniki, 54642 (ACS Store), after contacting us first. In case you do not make your exchange immediately, you have the right to keep your amount and use it within 60 calendar days.
b. If you want to cancel your order for any reason (“right of withdrawal“), you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This right expires 14 days after receiving the product. If the right expires on a non-working day, the deadline is extended until the next working day.
If you want to cancel a purchase, you must inform us at our contact details (via email at hello@numascrubs.com, or via Facebook/Instagram) and then send the product back. You can also use the pre-formulated withdrawal form. You must return the products within 14 days of our notification. The return of products is exclusively made through the cooperating courier company ACS. You can send the products to the address Vasilissis Olgas 50, Thessaloniki, 54642 (ACS Courier Store), after contacting us first.
When you submit a withdrawal request, we will refund your money within 14 working days from receiving your request. However, we may delay your refund if we do not receive the products or proof that you have returned them. The cost of shipping the products is charged at 4.5€ and deducted from the refund amount. For returns from Cyprus, the cost of shipping the products is 20€ and deducted from the refund amount. We use the same payment method you used when purchasing the product. If you have paid for the order by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the bank account you have indicated on the return form. In any case, you will receive a relevant informative email.
c. When the product delivered to you is not the one you ordered. In this case, the product must be returned within 14 days of delivery, otherwise, our Company is not obliged to make a second delivery.
δ. When the product has significant defects, you can request a replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund.
In these two cases (c and d), we bear the cost of return only if you send the products with the shipping company we work with (ACS Courier). If you wish to use another shipping company, you will be responsible for this cost. The product must be carefully placed in its packaging to avoid any possible damage during transportation and must be accompanied by its packaging, label, as well as the purchase receipt.
11.3 In case you change your product or cancel your order for any reason, you will be responsible for the return cost, unless you prove that the products delivered to you are not the ones you ordered or have substantial defects. However, for orders within Greece, the first exchange is made without charge. For any other exchange beyond the first, you will be charged transportation costs.
11.4 Every time you send back your products, please inform us of the tracking number of the shipment to monitor the process.
12. External Links
The Website may include links or hyperlinks to other websites controlled by third parties. The content and use of such websites are subject to the terms of use of the respective websites. The Company does not guarantee that these links will operate uninterrupted. The Company reserves the right to remove or add links without any warning to anyone and to change the content of the website at any time. You acknowledge that we or our representatives are not responsible for the content of the hyperlinks contained on the Website, the policy followed by the linked websites for processing personal data, the services/products they offer, or the advertisements they contain, nor for any financial or other damage suffered by the user who visits them.

The Company provides the Website “as is” without any warranty. The Company does not warrant that the pages, services, functions, options, and contents of the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that errors will be corrected. The Company does not guarantee that any content or information obtained through the Website will be accurate. Although every effort is made, no warranty is given that the Website is free from viruses or other harmful components.
14. Limitation of Liability
Given the nature and volume of Internet information, under any circumstances, including negligence, the Company or its representatives shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the User of the pages, services, options, and contents of the website, in the use of which he/she acts with exclusive initiative and responsibility.
15. Indemnification by You
You agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you will be responsible to the Company for any damages, including attorney’s fees, that may arise or be related to your use of the Website or the breach of these Terms.

Your continued use of the Website in the following year signifies your renewed acceptance of the amended Terms.
19. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any modifications to them are governed by Greek law. The courts of Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the Website.
20. Miscellaneous terms
Any provision of these Terms that is contrary to the law automatically ceases to apply and is removed from these Terms, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
